Dr. Michael Boys
Michael holds a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis in preaching from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from The Master's Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministries from Baptist Bible College. He served as Senior Pastor of Bear Valley Church in Tehachapi, California from 1989 to 2002. He and his wife, Christy, joined the Bethel Staff in September of 2002. Michael and Christy have two grown sons: Ryan, married to Lindsay, and Blake married to Bekah.
Seth Thornton
Seth holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He has served at Bethel since May 2002 and is Pastor of Student Mnistries. Seth is married to Melanie and they have a son, William.
Micah Caswell
Micah holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies (MABS) and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (MACE) from Dallas Theological Seminary as well as a Master in Divinity (MDiv) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Master in Theology (ThM) from Toronto Baptist Theological Seminary in the area of Historical Theology. He has been at Bethel since February 2009. Prior to serving at Bethel, Micah was church planting in Austin, TX for three years. Micah is married to Kristen and they have two children, Mason and Kenlee.
Kenneth Neumann
Ken is currently attending the College of Biblical Studies for a bachelors in Christian Leadership, and will afterwards go on to seminary studies at the DTS extension in Houston. Ken has been with Bethel since January 2007 as the Junior High Director. Ken is married to Christina.
